Set up or change Okta MFA for GAMMIS

To setup Okta MFA on a new phone for GAMMIS you will need to call GAMMIS EDI for a password reset and/or MFA reset at 877-261-8785.  You may need your tax ID number, Medicaid provider ID number, or the clinic information.
