How to find your Exceed username
Your Exceed/TrainDPH username should be your 8-digit employee ID number (e.g. 12345678).
If you don’t know your employee ID number, check your e-mails from Keisa Young <Lakeisa.Young@dph.ga.gov>. You can also reach out to her directly to request help.

How to reset your Exceed password
- Go to Exceed/TrainDPH (https://gdph.exceedlms.com/).
- Click "Forgot Password?" (see screenshot below).
- Enter in your DPH e-mail and click Submit.
- You should receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
