Click the link in the email under Case 3 to
get to your GETS user settings. Note: If you’re not already signed in, you’ll have to sign in at this point.
Click Edit Profile Note: Since we’re changing a password, GETS will probably make you sign in
again.
Enter in your Current Password and then
your New Password.
Click Change Password. Note: It usually only takes a few minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to fully propagate, at which point you’ll need to re-sign into certain apps like Outlook and Teams.
